The first phase doesn't produce renderings — it produces clarity. We sit down with you, look at the site, read the urban planning certificate, understand real needs and budget constraints.

Concept

From idea to first image

ESTIMATED DURATION

4—8 weeks

This is where you have the strongest lever: you can change anything at sketch level with minimal effort. We work 2-3 iterations until the winning version.

Documentation

DTAC · PT · DDE

ESTIMATED DURATION

3—6 months

Here the project passes the technical test. We coordinate with structural, MEP and landscape consultants. We go to city hall, obtain the building permit.

Execution

From groundbreaking to acceptance

On site we are present weekly. We coordinate directly with the contractor, monitor quality, intervene when deviations arise.
