1 · Data controller

ARTATELIERS PROJECT STUDIO S.R.L., CUI 48030294, Str. Barbu Văcărescu 102, Sector 2, București is the controller of personal data collected through this website, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2 · What we collect

We collect the details you send through the contact form (name, email, phone, message). For audience measurement we use Google Analytics 4, loaded only after consent through Consent Mode v2, and Vercel Analytics for aggregated technical browsing data (browser type, pages viewed, session duration).

3 · Why

To reply to enquiries and discuss a project. To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. To send an agreed offer or technical documents. We do not sell personal data or pass it to third parties for their marketing.

4 · Cookies

Essential cookies store the consent choice. Google Analytics 4 starts only after acceptance, under Consent Mode v2: until a choice is stored, analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are denied. After acceptance the GA4 cookies are _ga and _ga_*. Vercel Analytics measures aggregated use of the site. You can choose “essential only” in the banner and reopen the choice from “Cookie settings”. We do not state a GA4 retention period here: it is the period configured in the GA4 property.

5 · Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Write to office@artateliers.ro. We reply within 30 days.

6 · Retention

Contact-form data is kept for at most 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted. Aggregated analytics are not used to identify a person. We do not publish a GA4 retention period other than the property setting.

7 · Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is dated above. Material changes are emailed to people who have written to us.
