About the project
Adding storeys to and refurbishing a ground-floor house at 73 Sfânta Maria Street, sector 1, Bucharest, with a final height of P+2E. The works include demolishing an existing annex, interior reconfiguration, and adding a floor and an attic floor, keeping the footprint of the existing building, on a plot of about 230 m². The file was prepared for the building permit (technical documentation for the building permit, DTAC).
