About the project
Major repairs to the atrium skylight at the National Bank of Romania, 3 Negru Vodă Street, sector 3, Bucharest, which houses the Romanian Banking Institute. The building is S+P+3E, about 20,256 m² gross, and that area does not change. The work repairs the skylight and replaces the roofing in the same zone, with integrated smoke vents. Phases: technical documentation for the building permit (DTAC), technical design (PTh) and construction details (DDE), and as-built.
