About the project

Refurbishment, change of use and modernisation of the Central Pavilion of the Ion Borcea Research Station for Marine Biology at Agigea (UAIC Iași), 163 Nicolae Titulescu Street. Existing: P+2E plus attic (built area 615 m² / gross floor area about 1,832 m²). Proposed: P+2E plus a partial third floor (built area 655 m² / gross floor area about 1,961 m²), with a walkable terrace and a buried fire-service plant.
